NEMO Secretary General Julia Pagel participated in the panel “The Power of Culture & Heritage Networks” together with Claire Messenger, Manager, International Training Programme (ITP), British Museum and Ella Snell, Manager, Living Knowledge Network, British Library. Julia pushed for how international networks empower the individual and create bridges between small and big. Networks also have the power to set trends and share resources with each other.
